PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS
Call Richardson Travel Company. Inc. at (800) 672-5620 we encourage you to call and speak with one of our golf travel pros, if you have any questions or would like help in planning your golf adventure.
You will receive by email your complete and personalized itinerary. In order to secure the price we quote, a deposit of $500 per reservation is required within 7 days. When we receive the requested deposit, your reservation will be confirmed and placed in our operation. In some cases, a larger deposit may be required. Final payment of the balance of the tour cost must be received by us not less than 45 days prior to the departure. Note : any confirmed reservations may be lost if this payments are not received according to this schedule. Reservations made within 45 days of departure will require payment in full of all quoted tour prices.
TOUR DOCUMENTS
Approximately 15 days prior to your
departure you will receive everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Included
will be your final itinerary, complete details of your tour. You may also
receive, maps, sightseeing and other tourist information.
An administrative fee of $ 50 per modification will be billed for all changes made by you. Certain non-refundable deposits and payments already made can also be charged.
CANCELLATIONS
Notifications of cancellation must be made
in writing. Cancellation fees will be assessed to cover non-refundable charges
made in securing your reservations. Cancellation fees will be made in accordance
with the following schedule:
30 days or more
prior to commencement of the tour an administrative fee of
$100 per person, plus any applicable
non-refundable deposits paid on your behalf will apply.
At 30 days prior to the commencement of the
tour, 30% of the total package cost plus any
applicable non-refundable deposits paid on your behalf will apply.
Less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the
tour, no refund will apply.
UNUSED TOUR SERVICES
Tour services included in the tour package that are unused are
non-refundable. No refunds will be made for unused hotel rooms, unused tee
times, meals not taken, nor any other service not used due to flight delays,
schedule changes, weather conditions or for any
other reason.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
Airline reservations listed in
itinerary are subject to airline schedule changes. Airfares
quoted in itinerary are subject to increase unless payment is made in full.
You may be notified of any possible changes in airfare cost and given the
opportunity to pay reservation in full to avoid these increased charges.
The sole responsibility for any air carrier used in any tour is that stated in
the passenger contract provided by the airline used in the package.
Electronic Tickets are used for all airline reservations.
Seats are assigned by the airlines, if you have preferred seating you may
contact the airline listed direct for seat changes.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We strongly recommend for your own
protection that you take out insurance to cover you in the case of forced
cancellation, loss or damage of luggage, personal injury, accident or illness,
none of which Richardson Travel Company can be liable for. We recommend you
consider this type of coverage to insure your journey.
Richardson Travel Company offers a simple
Cancellation insurance policy. The cost is $ 58.00 per person and must be
purchased at time of reservations. This cancellation policy covers your trip in
full from the date of confirmed reservations to 1 business day from scheduled
departure. You can make changes to your itinerary or cancel for ANY reason prior
to 1 business day from your scheduled departure date. You will receive a full
refund of your package within 30 days of this cancellation. If this cancellation
insurance is no purchased all normal cancellation terms listed above will apply.
RESPONSIBILITY
Richardson Travel Company and/or its agents, act only as agents in arranging
for service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members who,
acknowledge that Richardson Travel Company and/or its agents will not be liable
for injury, damage, loss, accident, liability or expense to person or property
due to act or default of any company or person providing services for the tours.
Further, Richardson Travel Company and/or its agents accept no responsibility
for any sickness, machinery breakdown, weather conditions or any other causes
beyond their control. The sole responsibility for any air carrier used in any
tour is that stated in the passenger contract available from the airline used.
